REFUNDS

You have the right to return the products you purchase,  without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 7 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products.
 

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, wrong item, etc.) .

If you wish to return the products you purchased, send us an e-mail atk.mouzos.wix@gmail.com or call us at 2721020701and proceed to ship the products at your own expense. Any shipments billed to the consignee will be returned to the customer.

In case of a return of the products and depending on the way you choose to pay for your order and the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 7 days from the date we receive the products.

In the event that purchases are made from the product category "Wedding rings", "Monopetta",  personalized jewelry (names etc.),  as well as in special orders there is no right of return or change except for a change of size (in single stones) if it is possible and at the customer's financial expense.

Returns are also NOT accepted on watches, if the packaging has been unsealed.  Otherwise, if the packaging has remained sealed, you have the right to exchange it with any other product from our collection.
