RETURNS
You have the right to return the products you purchased without having to inform us of the reason for returning them, within a period of 7 calendar days from the date you received the products. In this case, you are only responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.
Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, meaning they must not have been unsealed or tampered with, and they must be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.
To avoid inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully check the condition of the delivered products and their packaging upon receipt, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g., broken item, wrong product, etc.).
If you wish to return any products you purchased, please send us an email at k.mouzos.wix@gmail.com and proceed with the return at your own shipping cost. Any returns sent with recipient billing will be returned to the customer.
In case of a product return, and depending on the payment method you used and the way the return is made, your refund will be processed within 7 days from the date we receive the returned products.
For purchases in the product categories "Wedding Rings", "Engagement Rings", personalized jewelry (names, etc.), and custom orders, there is no right of return or exchange, except for ring size changes (for engagement rings), provided it is technically possible and with an extra charge to the customer.
Returns are also NOT accepted for Smartwatches if the packaging has been opened. If the packaging remains sealed, you are entitled to an exchange with any other product from our collection.
